Carol Prunhuber is a writer and journalist born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1956. She studied literature in Caracas and is a PhD in Hispanic American studies at the University of Paris. Carol began writing for Spanish-language newspapers, and later worked as Press Attaché with prominent diplomats and politicians in Madrid. He was a foreign correspondent for the national (Caracas) in Madrid in the 1980s. His blood book and asphalt : 135 days on the streets of Venezuela , published by Kalathos editorial, is an important document that captures what happened in each of the 135 days of protests that rocked Venezuela in the year 2017.
