This 10th of January Venezuela’s dictatorship ends with the swearing-in of Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia and his Vice President Maria Corina Machado who start the “Constitutional Government of Venezuela.” The investiture must be done at the Miraflores Palace that is the seat of government but if, due to terrorist threats made by Nicolas Maduro this could not happen, Gonzalez Urrutia must be sworn-in anywhere in the world and start with his first obligation that is to end the occupation of his homeland perpetrated by Maduro’s “narco/terrorist Cartel.”
Venezuela’s dictatorship has been successive and definitely defeated throughout the whole electoral process that it called and manipulated. María Corina Machado started by winning the opposition’s primary with 92.56% of the votes, something that motivated, mobilized, and empowered the Venezuelan peoples. Throughout the electoral campaign she defeated the dictatorship by focusing on the need to regain freedom and democracy. She was illegally disqualified by the dictatorship and presented Corina Yoris as her replacement who was also disqualified, she then made -as a last recourse- Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia the candidate.
Through expulsions or entry denials, international observers from democratic countries and organizations were prevented from performing their observer’s tasks. The Carter Center, however, stood out as the only institution allowed to be an electoral observer. Under conditions of dictatorship, on 28 July 2024 (28-J) the massive and peaceful voting took place inflicting a new defeat to previous absenteeism and violence orchestrated by the regime.
When Maduro presented the falsified result, María Corina Machado led massive popular demonstrations on the streets of Venezuela against the falsification and through innovative electoral controls, exerted by nearly 600,000 Venezuelans, proved there was fraud by documenting the real electoral results that consecrated Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia as the winner by 67.19% of the votes against 30.44% for Nicolas Maduro.
With the documented results presented by Machado and her team showing the victory of Gonzalez Urrutia, the dispute for international recognition of the electoral results ensued, and neither Maduro, nor the judges or the National Electoral Council were able to present proof such as balloting precinct’s electoral reports backing the counterfeiting and other crimes that vouched the fraud.
Maduro defeated, even at military and police balloting precincts, opted to use State-terrorism and crime with 21st Century Socialism dictatorships’ transnational forces, perpetrating more than 20 assassinations, imprisoning nearly 2,000 “political opponents” that included children and military, torturing prisoners, levying false accusations “legalized” by judicial hit-men. Gonzalez Urrutia left the country with guarantees from the European Union and Maria Corina Machado -now more intensely persecuted and falsely accused- went underground. Members of Machado’s team sought asylum at the Argentinean embassy in Caracas and because of a diplomatic impasse caused by Maduro are under Brazil’s protection but remain there under psychological torture.
Throughout the world, Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia has been recognized as the winner of the 28-J elections and Maria Corina Machado as the leader of the Americas for the recovery of freedom. Democratic countries of the world recognize Gonzalez Urrutia as the President-Elect of Venezuela who has designated Maria Corina Machado as his Vice-President. Gonzalez Urrutia has asserted that he will be sworn-in on the 10th of January in Caracas.
This demonstrates that the peoples from Venezuelan have defeated the dictatorship in each and every step of the electoral process and each of the criminal actions of 21st Century Socialism. The only thing that remains pending is the swearing-in of Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia as the Constitutional President on the 10th of January and in accordance with the electoral agenda imposed by the dictatorship. Who the President is, is no longer under discussion, only where the swearing-in takes place.
In any stage for the swearing-in, either in Caracas or anywhere else of the world, Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia as Constitutional President of Venezuela and Maria Corina Mahado as Vice-President will have the legal, effective, sovereign empowerment to govern Venezuela starting this 10th of January and Nicolas Maduro will go from being a dictator who usurps power to be solely the head of the criminal cartel that occupies Venezuela.
If Maduro decides to remain in Venezuela, starting on the 10th of January the only thing that will sustain him is force, an invasion and occupation by a transnational criminal group, Maduro’s “narco/terrorist cartel,” that compels Gonzalez-Urrutia/Machado’s constitutional government to effect -as the first governmental obligation- the removal of criminals who are “invaders of Venezuela’s territory and sovereignty.”
A new cabinet of ministers, orders to the military commands to capture Maduro, and in case of contempt designation of new commanders, designation of ambassadors and consuls throughout the world, presidential and supreme decrees, orders of information and actions to the heads of all governmental entities of Venezuela, recognition of the Supreme Court Tribunal that is now in exile, and many more governmental acts that, in case of becoming needed, must enable President Gonzalez Urrutia to ask for the conformation of a “multinational force under his command to remove the invaders that occupy Venezuelan territory” and that this be within the Inter-American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance (TIAR in Spanish), or the United Nations.
Gonzales Urrutia and Machado’s obligation starting on 10 January 2025, is to GOVERN.
