Marcel Feraud, lawyer and law professor, political analyst and former Vice Minister of the Environment, based in Miami USA, has been a diplomat for Ecuador, is a member of the Board of Directors and the Human Rights Committee of the Interamerican Institute for Democracy. He has carried out important efforts for the release of political prisoners under the Rafael Correa regime in Ecuador, he participates as an expert in forums and conferences on the matter.
