La rebelión como el supremo recurso contra la tiranía y la opresión

La Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos considera “esencial que los Derechos Humanos sean protegidos por un régimen de Derecho a fin de que el hombre no se vea compelido al supremo recurso de la rebelión contra la tiranía y la opresión”….las dictaduras del siglo XXI los violan con presos, torturados, perseguidos y exiliados. La dictadura de Nicaragua repite crímenes que cometen en Cuba, Venezuela y Bolivia donde los opresores detentan el poder con impunidad. ¿Los pueblos de las Américas en situación de indefensión están siendo forzados al supremo recurso de la rebelión?
